TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN SCHOOL BOARD OF SARASOTA COUNTY AND ASSOCIATED MARINE INSTITUTE, INC., FOR AMI KIDS SARASOTA
Description
Contracted services for the alternative school AMIkids Sarasota County will not be renewed.
Recommendation
That the School Board of Sarasota County terminate the agreement entered into on June 15, 2010 effective July 21, 2011 per thirty (30) written notice requirement as stipulated in item 15 of the June 15, 2010 agreement.
